Since it's introduction to the UK in 1994, Chasseur has estabilished itself as a serious player in the cast iron cookware market. The focus is on supply in top quality enamelled cast iron cookware at the best possible value whilst mixing style and function.

Chasseur cast iron is manufactured from top quality materials by skilled craftsmen using time honoured techniques that have been honed to perfection over the last 70 years. Every stage of manufacture is checked by hand, polished, enamelled and finished by hand to ensure that every piece meets the highest quality standards.

Chasseur cookware is environmentally friendly as each item is made from over 40% recycled material. The state of the art manuafacturing foundry has impeccable filtration systems to reduce any potential pollution to the local environment.

The solid cast iron body has excellent heat retention properties so energy costs can also be saved as a lower heat for cooking can be used and food will stay warmer for longer when removed from the oven or hob - perfect for those winter stews and soups!

An enamel primer coat seals the rims eliminating rust while the coloured enamel top coat is durable and easy to clean. The stay cool phenolic knobs and handles are oven proof to 200°C. The Chasseur range of cookware is oven saft and dishwasher safe (except those with wooden handles), is suitable for all hobs and comes with a 10 year guaratee.

The chasseur range essentially comprises stylish and functional round casseroles, oval and round serving casseroles, oven to table serving dishes as well as robust and durable frypans and grillpans. In addition there are also cast iron saucepans and pate terrines to supplement the range.

For international cooking there is the Chasseur Tagine which features a double enamelled matt balck cast iron base and a lightweight, practical ceramic tagine lid.

The base of the tagine is also perfect for many other tasks - including baking cakes, and being ultimate Tarte Tatin dish! It is fabulously versatile and can be used on any type of hop, in the oven, or under the grill (base only).

Through the Swift cookware brand Dexam can now offer a co-ordinated and complete kitchenware solution for the preparation and cooking of food in the home.

All of the range formally known as the Farringdon Collection is being merged into the Swift kitchen cookware brand, along with the new revitalised new tools and gadgets packaging which will give a fresh look to the entire range.

The Swift brand of essential kitchen tools will also continue to build the range of specialist kitchen cookware items alongside tried and tested favourites, such as the iconic Chichester stainless steel carving dish which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year.

As always, the core of the Swift cooking utensils range will remain the Supreme stailess steel cookware and the Everyday non-stick collections - two comprehensive ranges of top quality cookware that offer the outstanding quality and value that Dexam customers have come to expect from Swift cookware.

For healthy cooking the non-stick coating used on all of the products in Swift brand is PFOA free.

The Swift Spice range of woks and related products is designed to give you the best quality authentic oriental kitchen equipment. The range includes PFOA free non-stick woks for ease of cleaning and carbon steel woks for traditional Asian cooking.

Swift Spice woks are available in standard and professional gauges, loose and set combinations and are suitable for all hobs. Bamboo accessories complete the range.

Baker's Pride bakeware is an extensive range of affordable, good quality non-stick bakeware that is manufactured from a medium gauge carbon steel core with a distinctive, easy release non-stick coating. The high perfomance non-stick coating used on all Baker's Pride bakeware is PFOA free and allows for easy release and is easy to clean. The rolled edges of this bakeware range provide for extra stability and support against warping.

This extensive bakeware range includes pie, loaf and bread tins, baking sheets, cake pans, muffin pans, quiche pans and Springform cake tins. There is also a Baker's Pride Professional range of non-stick bakeware for the the serious home baker that is manufactured from heavy gauge steel with a top quality non-stick PFOA free coating.

Spring 2012 sees the launch of over 60 new lines into the Swift kitchen tools range, including baking and food prepartion items, woodware with silicone accents, an innovative stuffed burger press, a new potato chipper, a really robust mincer, a biscuit icing gun and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Commemorative Collection of ceramics and kitchen linens.
